Licensed since 2006.In 2016, Saito started his own law firm, specialized in litigation practice, conflict prevention practice, as well as strategic practice including lobbying activities.
Saito is known for his tenacious efforts and contribution to the revision of the Japanese “No Dancing Law”.
His practice emphasizes the legal support for night entertainment industry. Aside from his daily practices, he leads the civil advisory board for the All-Party Parliamentary Group for night time economy. He also acts as an advisory for the trade association consisting of major urban developers, hotels, restaurant, bar, clubs, small clubs with live music, and other entertainment business units.
Saito continuously supports the night life economy in regard to night tourism, night transportation, branding, contents development and urban development.
